Venue Le Montage – 38 Frazer Street (off Lilyfield Road) LILYFIELD – Gallery Room on Ground Floor (I understand that this is the old APIA Club)
Menu 2 course meal (includes rolls and coffee) plus unlimited DRINKS (no spirits) – Special Meals are available by request (Vegetarian / Vegan etc)
Booking / Seating will be Tables of 10 (Tables will be $550 – this includes a special subsidy of $250 provided for each table by SVHA)
Dress Smart Casual
– Individual booking / seating may be possible @ $60 per person (please advise Greg Kay) – ie if you are not able to make up a full table of 10
The SVHA Board of Director would strongly encourage all current clubs / teams to book at least 1 table – some of the larger clubs should be able to secure 2 – eg Sutherland, Sydney Uni, Ryde, Macarthur

Full names of all guests on the table and Full payment of $550 per table will be required before Friday 21 May 2010
So Gents, can you please go to your club / team database of players (includes as many past and present players as possible) and encourage everyone who is able to, to attend this Special Dinner Function to celebrate SVHA 30th Year – also includes the Presentation to the 15 Inaugural Life Members – Brian Alcorn, Tony Cohen, Michael Cooke, Merv Goodridge, Martin Howe (Deceased), Peter Krepp, Keith Millar, David Niven, Godfrey Phillips, Ron Pulling, Phil Retford, Kevin Rix, Alan Thompson, David Webster and Colin White
Note – the Life Members and Special VIP Guests will receive their own individual Special Invitation and be seated on special tables so please DO NOT include them in your table numbers (if they are from your club)
